FAQ
A few things you may be wondering
Do I need professional organizing experience?+
Not necessarily. Relevant experience is valued, but we're also interested in naturally organized, service-minded professionals with strong judgment, attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
Do I have to provide every Cesta service?+
No. Providers can have different specialties. We want to understand what you're great at and which opportunities best align with your experience.
Do I have a set schedule?+
No fixed weekly schedule is assigned. Providers manage their availability and eligible opportunities are based on client demand, location, specialty and availability.
Are hours guaranteed?+
No. Client opportunities vary and hours are not guaranteed. As The Cesta expands recurring service plans, qualified Providers may have opportunities to establish more consistent repeat-client schedules.
Is this employment?+
Cesta Providers currently provide services through an independent Provider relationship rather than traditional employment. Full details regarding the Provider model, compensation and onboarding are reviewed during our screening process before candidates decide whether to move forward.
Where are opportunities available?+
Current opportunities are primarily throughout the Greater Austin area, including West Austin, Lakeway and surrounding communities.
